A Sweet To Eat began in Jacksonville, FL, as a bakery delivery and catering service in 2009. Over the next two and a half years, the bakery progressed to a Retail Store Front in the Southside area of town until August 2011. More recently, A Sweet To Eat has returned to its roots of being the BEST bakery delivery service around!!! Need a cake for a special birthday? How about a pie for Grandma's visit? Maybe a French Tart for dinner with the neighbors? Perhaps the fudgiest brownies or Belgian Chocolate Chunk with Sea Salt cookies delivered to your child's school? Whatever your needs are, we're here to make your day SWEET!
Chef Elizabeth, trained at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, will delight your taste buds because she uses only the freshest and finest ingredients in her sweets. She shares the philosophy of many great chefs who know that the end product will only be as good as the ingredients used to make it. And don't be afraid to ask for a custom dessert. When no one else in town will make it, if at all possible, Chef Elizabeth rises to the challenge!
